Refund & Return Policy

At DutchKid FZCO we take pride and delight about our products and we hope you do too! 

However, in case anything is wrong please take note of the below policies. Kindly be aware that after sales warranty claims or refunds are assessed case by case.


MISSING / WRONG PRODUCT


After delivery, please check your package immediately. If you are missing a product, please contact our Customer Service Center within 48 hours of delivery.


AFTER SALES PROCEDURE


We take pride in the brands and products we distribute and have tried and tested all of them before they make it onto our site. However, mistakes happen in manufacturing and we never want a customer with a faulty item.

An item(s) is deemed faulty if it is received damaged or has a manufacturing fault that is immediately evident. Where possible the item(s) will be repaired or replaced for the same product, in the same size and colour, subject to availability. If the item(s) cannot be repaired or replaced for the same item, an exchange will be offered or a full refund will be issued.


Repairs do not come with any guarantees. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.


Before any refunds or exchanges are provided to the end customer please always get in touch with us first on helpdesk@dutchkid.com to assess the case and advice. Only after written approval from our Customer Service Team on granted replacement or refund of an item(s) that do fall under warranty, you can notify the end customer accordingly. Any refunds or exchanges provided to a customer on own initiative will not be under the responsibility of DutchKid. For any customer complaint on default item(s) please send a brief scenario, SKU code and photos of the ‘fault’ to helpdesk@dutchkid.com, we will help you further!


ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS


If cancelling a complete order without payment please notify our DutchKid Sales Team in writing, by emailing us your confirmation email to sales@dutchkid.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellation after payment received will have to assessed on case to case basis. In case of any changes to your order, these must be made on the same day of placement. Unfortunately, changes to your order can´t be made after it has been shipped from our warehouse.
